A cultivate call is a personal one-hour coaching call designed to help cultivate your hidden potential within and move you closer to your goals. Whether you’re well on your way and just in need of a quick pick-me-up discussion to get motivated back into action, or if you’re exploring your potential for the first time, we are here to support your growth. We firmly believe that we’re not meant to cultivate our potential alone, and we would be honored to help you identify the diamonds within and make a practical plan to help you shine.

These discussions can center around personal or professional goals, individual or organizational goals, or could be project-specific. What is an Extract Sesh?

The Extract Session is an in-person workshop-style strategy session where we will collaboratively dig into the big obstacles facing your brand, business, or idea. In our time together, we will sort through the details of practical planning and strategizing, equipping you with clear next steps. These sessions typically involve whiteboarding, mind-mapping, brainstorming, drawing up timelines and workflows, or even creating brand assets together. We believe you already have most of the answers for the current challenges sitting just below the surface, and we’re here to help you extract the insights.

What is the Polish Package?

The Polish Package is a full-service package that will leave you with a polished visual brand identity and website that is ready to display your product, services, or ideas to the world. There comes a time in every diamond’s life when it is ready to be polished and displayed, and we’re here to help you make that happen. Don’t worry – no design experience is required on your part. We will collaborate with you to make sure your vision is honored while we craft you a visually-stunning and strategically-effective visual brand and customized website.

Who is this for?

The Polish Package is for those who are ready to make it official and display their diamonds to the world. This means: you know what your product, service, or idea is all about, you have product or brand photos ready to put on your website, you have content or copy written and ready to publish, and you’re simply in need of a beautiful brand to display your work.

If you’re still in idea phase, not quite sure what your product is yet, still defining the nature of your services, or not ready to share your idea with the world, it may not be quite time for the Polish Package. That said, we would still love to collaborate with you to help cultivate your potential. Once we’re confirmed, we will send you a timeline detailing the sequence of events in our collaborative design process. The Polish Package process typically takes 4-6 weeks in total, and we will provide you with an expected delivery date once we’ve confirmed your project and you’ve paid the deposit.

The Polish Package begins at $5000, and includes the elements listed in the “POLISH PACKAGE” information tab above. There are add-on options depending on your unique needs, which can be discussed before project confirmation. Once your project is confirmed, we require a 50% total project cost deposit to be paid before we begin work. The remaining balance is to be paid in full before final assets are delivered.

What is the Shine Package?

The Shine Package is a social media support package that will help you establish your brand’s social media presence and strategic workflows set up, as well as providing a base of content to get you started. Beyond this, we will educate you on social media best practices before setting you free to keep shining bright and telling your story effectively. The Shine Package is designed to get your social media presence jump-started, but we also offer ongoing social media support and content creation packages upon completion of the initial Shine Package.
